- Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups.
- Identify opportunities to raise the profile of the business internally and externally.
- Write, edit and proofread marketing material for use in different channels.
- Coordinate with outside agencies like designers, to produce marketing material such as stationery, web pages, cards etc.
- Support the PR manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
- Writing and editing press releases, brochures, newsletters, websites and social media content.
- Utilize all social media platforms to build and maintain the image of the business.
- Use research conclusions and analysis to determine the overall direction on upcoming marketing projects, new services or products and the overall strategy.
- Create leads for getting new clients through personal marketing, cold calls, bulk messages as well as the effective use of social media.
- Conduct comprehensive research, price surveys, and competitive analysis in response to market trends.
- Identify areas for improvement in marketing strategies, promotional activities and campaign tactics.
- Maintain an efficient approach towards the department’s budget as approved by the PR Manager and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.
- Monitor the activities of competitors, related companies, agencies and all major industry players for better strategy planning.
- Organizing and attending promotional events such as open days, exhibitions, international tours and visits
