4. Analytical Skills:

   • Understanding of water management for plants including automated irrigation systems.
     

5. Physical Requirements:
   

   • Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting heavy planters and working in different weather conditions.
     

6. Interpersonal Skills:
   

   • Good communication skills for interacting with team members and potentially customers.
     
   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
