Pipeline Production

Responsibilities:
• Provides leadership and direction through senior managers in welding engineering, operations and subject matter experts.
• Is accountable for the performance and results of offshore pipeline production planning and operations for company vessels worldwide.
• Measures and continuously improves the effectiveness of pipeline production operations and processes, maintaining and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Drives pipeline production strategic thinking and action across the organization.
• Ensures pipeline production strategies, procedures, and responsibilities are communicated effectively and understood globally across the organization.
• Responsible for pipeline production organization budgets globally across the organization, including the Center of Excellence.
• Maintains adequate levels of competent personnel across the business and mentors staff for succession planning
• Develops and promotes a culture in line with the company’s values through the functional group
• Establishes pipeline production strategy, including R&D priorities and plans,
• Communicates and maintains relationships with key suppliers and vendors for welding, NDT and field joint coatings.
• Maintains an understanding of competition and innovation in the industry to monitor upcoming changes
