Job Summary

As a pivotal leader within our Venture Program you will spearhead the development and execution of Feed Processing Units focusing on delivering toptier projects that enhance capital efficiency for our company and its affiliates. You will be responsible for deploying best practices optimizing resource use and maintaining business continuity. Your role will involve detailed execution planning for each project addressing their unique risk and complexity profiles to ensure the achievement of business objectives. You will collaborate with Corporate Human Resources to implement talent management programs ensuring the retention and development of skilled project management professionals. Your leadership will ensure projects are executed with a proactive approach to control EHSS scope quality cost and schedule facilitating a smooth transition to operations. You will also uphold and implement all relevant engineering technical safety and environmental standards at local national and international levels. This role has specific ownership for developing and executing eight processing units including CDU VDU SGP DHC RHC SWS ARU and SRU.

Key Responsibilities:

• EHSS: Champion a safetyfirst culture ensuring EHSS compliance across all project stages and accountable for EHSS performance in venture projects.

• Strategic Contribution: Mentor Project Managers develop execution roadmaps implement lean execution strategies optimize contracting strategies and align with Venture Executive on program roadmap.

• Program Development and Execution: Craft specific execution plans for each project select project teams based on competency and engage in proactive project delivery and monitoring.

• Project Value Improvement Practices: Conduct value improvement sessions for capital efficiency and ensure compliance with company project gating systems.

• Contract Administration: Oversee project contracts compliance manage project financials and handle dispute settlements.

• People Management: Lead Project Managers setting objectives managing performance mentoring teams and supporting talent management in collaboration with HR.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Jubail Saudi Arabia.

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering; Postgraduate degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred. PMP certification is a plus.

• Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years in the petrochemical or industrial sectors with at least 12 years in project management leadership roles.

• Technical Expertise and Skills: Deep understanding of project disciplines expertise in project management proficient in quantitative and analytical skills strong planning and negotiation skills and indepth knowledge of project control.

• Business Acumen and Management Skills: Leverage technical and project management skills for business profitability and contract administration.

• Interpersonal and Leadership Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead multiple teams effectively.
