People and Culture Supervisor

we believe that people management are more than coordinating the relationship between employees and organizations only it focuses more on areas such as Performance Management Employee Relations Employee Engagement Policy and Procedure Development and Compliance in the company. as a People & Culture Supervisor is responsible for helping in managing all facets of the People & Culture function. This includes recruitment training coaching compensation & benefits health & safety and performance management for PAUSEAWAY employees to ensure a positive and engaged employee culture and policy compliance.

responsibilities:

• hires qualified candidates conducts interviews and recruits qualified team members
  
• assists managers with staff requirements.
  
• creates and maintains positive productive work environment through conducting human resources and professional development activities
  
• assists in building compensations systems
  
• arranges training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
  
• identifies and addresses employee requirements regarding performance issues training and career growth.
  
• performs various administrative tasks and accurately processes paperwork.
  
• maintains employee records schedules and time sheets
  
• educates team members on P&C policies practices and procedures
  

Requirements

• relevant experience in a similar position for at least 34 years
  
• previous experience working in the luxury hospitality industry brand is preferred
  
• excellent verbal writing listening and presentation skills
  
• selfmotivated and creative problemsolver
  
• ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
