Responsibilities of Patient Access Executive
• Responsible for patient registration using the HIS “TrakCare” system, appointment confirmation.
• Handling patient complaints, verifying health insurance eligibility, maintaining a well-organized reception area, accurate billing, cash collection, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Welcome and greet patients with professionalism and courtesy.
• Register patients using the HIS “TrakCare” system with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confirm patient appointments through effective communication.
• Address and resolve patient complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Verify health insurance eligibility for patients.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area for a positive first impression.
