We are looking for a Self driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in advertising and marketing and a strong desire to excel in a dynamic sales environment. As an Outdoor Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in acquiring new business by visiting businesses across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and meet clients on a daily basis to achieve the sales targets set for Offset printing and Digital marketing requirements.
• Conduct facetoface meetings with clients to understand their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking referrals and industry events.
• Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients to close sales deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis (MUST).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outdoor sales preferably in the advertising or marketing industry (Offset printing and Digital Marketing)
• Female candidates are preferred our main target is ladies saloon and clinics but male candidates can also apply.
• Fluency in English (Must)
• Own visa preferred but sponsorship can be provided for exceptional candidates upon confirmation.
• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Products to sell:

Offset printing items

• Business card designing and printing
• Flyers brochures and marketing material designing and printing
• Letter heads envelops and posters designing and printing
• Rollup banners and corporate gift items.

Digital Marketing services

• Website development
• Social media marketing and managing
• Influencer marketing

Compensation and remuneration details:

• Monthly Sales target: 35000 AED
• Trial Period: 1 month
• Salary: 2000 AED
• Travel Allowance: 350 AED
• Accommodation Allowance: 700 AED

During the first month of trial candidate will be required to at least meet 80% for the sales target in order to process fulltime employment and other benefits. Once confirmed the candidate will be eligible for full salary and other benefits as per the law of the land.

If the candidate fails to achieve the minimum sales target he will be paid a 10% commission of the total sales brought to the company in the month only.
