Optical Technician Optician

eyewa is looking for Optical Technician/ Optician as below details:

Responsibility:

Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
Listen to customers eyewear needs and provide expert recommendations.
Address customer inquiries and concerns ensuring their satisfaction.
Help customers choose eyeglass frames and lenses based on their prescription and style preferences.
Accurately measure customers pupillary distance (PD) and ensure proper frame alignment.
Conduct adjustments and fittings to ensure comfort and optimal vision.
Place orders for eyeglasses lenses and contact lenses with precision.
Verify and ensure the accuracy of orders upon receipt.
Maintain organized records of customer orders and prescriptions.
Perform basic eyeglass repairs such as tightening screws and replacing nose pads.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree of Optics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an optical technician or optician.
• Ability in using advanced machines and manual equipment to assess and diagnose customer vision problems
• Optical training or certification is a plus.
