Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs to optimize productivity.
• Manage daily operations including staff management inventory and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure facility compliance safety and cleanliness.
• Mentor and manage floor staff receptionists technicians and cleaners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and train employees accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing for effective event advertisements and campaigns.
• Monitor operational progress and provide regular reports to management.
• Host and lead customer events ensuring safety and enjoyment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Entertainment & Leisure.
• Experience working with children (ages 012) and families in recreational settings.
• Proficiency in English; bilingualism is a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays.
