Position Overview:
As an Operations Coordinator you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business processes. From inventory management to logistics coordination youll be responsible for optimizing our operations to meet customer demands and exceed expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a tangible impact on our companys success.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer installation appointments with the sales team. Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure adequate stock availability.
Oversee order fulfillment process including picking packing and shipping of products to customers.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Monitor and optimize warehouse and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales and customer service to address operational issues and improve processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory orders and shipments.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
05 years of experience in operations coordination or logistics management preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
