on behalf our client we are looking for Supervisor .
Task/ Job Summary
The supervisor will be responsible for supervising the daytoday operations of a movie theater ensuring efficient and effective service delivery maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and upholding safety and security standards. You will report to the Cinema Manager and assist in overseeing staff members and various cinema operations.
Job Description
To supervise and manage the daily operations as the Duty Supervisor.
To train the ground crew (ushers box office & concession) for their respective area of work.
To coach counsel and discipline all the ground crew under your supervision in your shift.
To report and recommend to the manager for relevant disciplinary action or improvement action.
To assess the ground crew strength and weaknesses provide feedback to the manager and the Management accordingly.
Requirements
- Good English language communication
- Willing to work in different work locations whenever required
- 1 2year experience
