Occupational Health and Safety Manager - SPHC

Embark on a journey with us as OHS Manager at the First Vignette collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carliton Almoaibed Hotel). We are in search of candidates with ambition talent and essential skills. This pivotal role requires someone who will oversee the health and safety policies and procedures tailored to the hotels specific operations. Assess potential health and safety risks within the hotel premises including guest rooms public areas kitchens and other facilities.

As an Occupational Health and Safety Manager you are responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to various work environments and procedures. Specialists under your purview inspect all areas within the hotel to ensure compliance with safety health and environmental regulations. This includes conducting tests and measuring potential hazards with the aim of preventing harm to workers property the environment and the general public.

A little of your daytoday:

• Conduct routine inspections of all areas in the hotel to assess adherence to safety health and environmental regulations.
• Identify and assess potential hazards in different hotel departments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans ensuring employees are wellprepared for various emergency scenarios.
• Investigate accidents incidents and near misses analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Perform regular safety inspections of hotel facilities addressing any noncompliance issues and ensuring a safe working environment.

What we need from you:

• Certification in occupational health and safety
• Minimum of 2 years experience in leading in this field
• Indepth knowledge of local state health and safety regulations as well as familiarity with environmental regulations.
• Strong skills in identifying and assessing potential hazards and risks in various work environments within a hotel.
• Analytical abilities to collect analyze and interpret data on work environments and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to convey safety information effectively and facilitate training sessions.
