Responsiblity: • Providingnursing services and healthcare education at homes and communityclinics. • Developing treatment and interventionplans based on healthcareassessments. • Instructing families on patientcare and promoting healthylifestyles. • Coordinating treatment,convalescence, and rehabilitation plans with other healthcareproviders. • Providing maternity and childcareguidance, as well as facilitating interventions, whenrequired. • Conducting immunization programs, aswell as promoting disease prevention and controlmeasures. • Inventorizing and replenishingmedical supplies, as well as maintaining medicalequipment. • Updating and maintaining patientfiles and medical records. • Participating inhealth education initiatives and keeping abreast of advancements inthe field of public health. • Performing regularvehicle maintenance checks, logging trips, and proactivelyinitiating repairs.
