One of the leading Healthcare facilities is currently looking for a Media / Marketing & Communications Director Emirati National for Dubai Location.
In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance the brands presence in the local and international market.
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and management of the brand identity ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts including social media strategy content marketing SEO and online advertising.
- Public Relations: Manage media relations press releases and public appearances to enhance the brands public image.
- Event Management: Plan and execute highimpact events and promotions that align with the brands goals and target audience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and challenges in the industry.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies making datadriven decisions for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing advertising or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a media planning or related role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams of planning professionals.
- Strong organizational skills team player ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience in business development and industry representation.
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Must have experience in a similar role
- Familiar with Government and Media and Communications Protocols.
- Work Location Dubai.
