- Execute, technically support maintenance team to fix the unplanned machine breakdowns to return the machine back to production process in best case as soon as possible to achieve the monthly production plan.
- Schedule the Preventive maintenance plan and check lists, and make sure that the technicians are doing it.
- Manage spare parts and search for new suppliers to reduce any breakdown time to minimum and reduce spare parts cost.
- Arrange for contractors for AMC for certain equipment and supervise them when they come & repair in house if possible
- Troubleshoot the breakdowns and give the best solution.
- Contact machine supplier for repairs and spare parts request
