- Development of Requirement Specifications Documents (RSD) including both functional and business requirements for new capabilities.
- Elaborate the technical requirements to technical teams , Develop and document end to end experience for the respective core services including workflows ,support processes and business processes for related marketing, sales, customer support and support functions to ensure that every product/ enhancements is technically appropriate, sustainable and achieves specified goals with efficiency, effectiveness, timeliness and delivers a delightful customer experience.
- Ensure that all departmental methodologies in achieving core functional objectives and aligned with Mobily's business policies/processes and ethical standards.
- Participate in programs of global commercial transformation and turnaround activities from marketing point of view with the directions of management and in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Act as the commercial SPOC to ensure the proper and fast delivery of IT transformation and technical capability development, as well as the DWH, BI and analytics transformation
