Marketing Sales Representative - uPay Payment Services LLC

Job Brief:

We are seeking an Experienced Marketing & Sales Representative with relevant experience in dental market especially dental aligners. The ideal candidate should have experience with channel sales with proven record of driving revenue and hitting ambitious targets flexible and willing to step in to help things more forward thrive in a fastpaced constantly changing environment.

Product Overview:

Our product helps orthodontists to deliver custom highquality and affordable clear aligner treatment to their patients. SoftSmile has created Vision a highquality userfriendly digital platform based on biomechanics and AIpowered algorithms that doctors can use to design custom aligners or assign treatment planning and manufacturing to SoftSmile.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Represent SoftSmile to build relationships and partnerships with clients as well as direct customers.

• Building a professional network of dental clinics/hospitals.

• Scheduling meetings with potential customers which includes doctors and other health care professionals & maintaining solid working relationships.

• Presenting company products to potential clients and persuading them to make purchases.

• Generate excitement about our product and increase product sales through original solutions and proactive briefing.

• Regularly attending industry events training company meetings briefings and educational workshops.

• Briefing the Product medical detailing for Dentists.

• Achieving sales budgets for the assigned range of products.

• Researching competitors products pricing and market success.

• Accurate and detailed reporting for promotional activities and collating feedback.

• Communicate crossfunctionally (e.g. Doctor Treatment Coordinator clinical assistant) to develop an indepth understanding of the product and solution capabilities.

• Educating clients on product features and the benefits of collaboration with Soft Smile so they can apply our solutions to minimize the challenges their customers face. Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets as set.

• Accurately forecast follow up and report your monthly sales/close sales commercial pipeline.

• Meets with customers to assess their needs.

• Recommends products that can meet those needs.

• Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.

• Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.

• Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to the concerned person.

Skills Required:

• Valid UAE Driving License (and owns a car)

• Any Graduate (Applications from freshly graduated dentists will be more welcomed)

Local Dental Market experience will be preferred.

Salary: It would be fixed basis on the skills and experience

Location: Al Barsha 1 Working Day: Monday to Saturday
