Marketing Manager KSA & Bahrain

POSITION SUMMARY


As Marketing Manager you will lead a high performing brand team in building a strong brand and establishing a platform for a profitable business. In this role you will develop product portfolio and a solid communication strategy based on Nestl Waters MENA Marketing Strategy including tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing strategies tactics and execute all Marketing plans.
  • Deploy successful marketing structure and optimize solid 360 campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Create Engaging Brand Experience: Drive Brand Communication for long term development of the Category and Brands
  • Know Your Consumer Deeply& Win with Shopper: Develop an indepth understanding of at a Category and Brand level of consumer and shopper behavior identify consumer and shopper insights and acquire understanding of competitive environment and their implications on the business. Drive consumercentric mindset in the team.
  • Work very closely with the Sales team to ensure that our driven brand strategies are implemented in a consistent and disciplined way across channels and customers and are aligned with all BTL activities.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Build inspire and motivate a local marketing team that excels in the execution and delivery of the Marketing strategy in KSA & Bahrain market demonstrate leadership and facilitate the growth/development of key talents and Coach and empower direct reports.
  • Strive to optimize speedup and smoothen the execution of all operational marketing processes and contribute to a solid business strategies in coordination with the other functions.
  • Ensure proper Pre & Post evaluation of relevant Communication Actions Consumer Promotions and New Product Developments and ensure application of the learning into Brand plans
  • Monitor and review business performance of Brands and identify improvement actions where required.
  • Plan and manage budget for the total brand in alignment with Management team.

What will make you successful

  • Minimum 8 years experience in marketing (Senior) and 2 years in other function ideally in sales in FMCG industry
  • Experience in Digital marketing E Commerce Media planning and budgeting
  • Experience in creating marketing strategies.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Good Understanding of P&L
