Marketing Manager - Emerson

Job Description

The Marketing Manager will support to invent build and deploy outstanding and good experiences for Strategic Customers in Saudi Arabia. Reporting into the Middle East & Africa leader for customer experience they will work with key partners from customer organizations to understand their business drivers and pain areas across their operations to support in creation of solution roadmaps that use the breadth and power of Emersons Portfolio that help customers improve operational efficiency productivity and performance levels.

Your role responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Solution Center and Executive Customer Engagements
• Support the design and execution of highlevel executive customer engagements to drive the breadth of company Portfolio through curated messaging and workshops at company Solution Center customer sites and 3rd party forums these engagements would include:
• Digital Maturity Assessments
• STO Discovery
• Workshops Brownfield Decarbonization Roadmaps Project Certainty / Operational Certainty Workshops Industry Specific Value Improvement Practices (We have a body of work across Midstream Metals & Mining and Chemicals Industry)
• Upkeep and upgradation of our Solution Centers at Dhahran Techno Valley Facilities making the facility fit for purpose for customer engagements.
• Support specific project activities within the Customer Experience Domain across MEA
• On ground Marketing Events as well as SupportWill be the responsible for planning and implementing platform level Marketing events and roadshows in Saudi. This would involve working with Business Units to acquire inputs and align with their go to market strategy with their products and solutions. Content creation updating preevent PR support and post event lead management would be a part of candidates responsibility.

What do I need to be considered for this role

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in engineering
• Proven understanding of business development and industrial manufacturing demand generation
• Knowledge of marketing channels and digital approaches to industrial marketing
• A passion for creativity and problem solving
• Excellent writing communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite and Power BI
