Financial Controller Southern Suburbs
Looking to recruit a Financial Controller to provide overall revenue control for the company by carrying out daily audits to ensure that policy and procedures are adhered to.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Optimize stock holding and controls
2. Optimize the purchasing procedures to ensure maximum price benefits
3. Conduct various revenue, cost and payroll audits, report findings and make proposals.
4. Ensure the accuracy of payroll, revenue, and daily banking.
5. Ensure transactions integrity in Front Office and Food & Beverage
6. Ensure the accuracy of the Trial Balance in Opera and night audit reports
7. Identify variances and investigate any discrepancies.
8. Ensuring all revenue queries are resolved meticulously
9. Investigate stock variances
10. Weekly/Monthly reporting on stock counts, revenue, cash floats and petty cash.
Requirements:
Tertiary Qualification in Accounting/Auditing or equivalent qualification
An aptitude for figures and systems
3-5 years experience in financial controlling/auditing or similar position.
Articles would be beneficial.
