Qualifications, Experience And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in commerce
• Master’s degree is a plus in Commerce
• 10+ years of experience in Human Management Capital across verticals
• Change Management experience is a plus
• Requires expert, demonstrated knowledge of project management principles, theories, and concepts
• Working knowledge of technology-related initiatives and an understanding of the impact on the organization of such initiatives
• Demonstrated capacity to anticipate obstacles and plan for contingencies
• Effective problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to put forth persuasive arguments
• Effective skill at tracking effort and project progress
• Demonstrated highly advanced organization and project management skills
• Demonstrated strong conceptual and planning skills to analyse projects of broad and diverse scope
• Advanced knowledge of all aspects of computing and communications including hardware infrastructure, networking, software, operations, and disaster recovery
• Demonstrated ability to integrate critical information across disciplines
• Understands how projects relate to other business strategies and initiatives
• Project planning, executing, controlling, and closing of success full talent management projects on time and on budget
• Develop and manage change management plans for assigned projects executed in large diverse multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge, understanding and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
• Wide experience in playing roles as Project Manager
• Experience in large multi-geography global transformation assignments and HCM deployments preferred, UAE legislative experience is preferred
• Experience in multiple HCM implementations, preferably an implementation of co-existence model
