Management Accountant

Your new role
The main function of the role will be to provide financial data and analytical insight, to support commercial decision-making. You will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly management accounts packs and providing detailed insight and analysis of the financials. This will be communicated to the business for improved or optimised performance.
• Supporting the year-end and month-end close procedures which include the completion of financial statements and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with various business units to help implement best financial practice and to aid in commercial decision-making
• Run detailed cost and control analysis and identify areas of improvement and opportunity
• Support junior members of the team in their personal development
• Budgeting and forecasting annually while reviewing regularly and explaining variances
• Supporting a robust compliance processes and internal audit function

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and does operate a hybrid working model.
