As a male nurse your role and responsibilities are the same as any nurse (link removed) Your duties include providing direct patient care administering medications monitoring patient vital signs assisting with daily activities and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Additionally you will be responsible for patient education recordkeeping communication with patients and their families advocacy for patients rights emergency response teamwork professional development and demonstrating compassion and empathy in your interactions with patients. Your role as a male nurse is crucial in delivering highquality patientcentered care and promoting the health and wellbeing of those under your care.
