Job Title: Logistic Coordinator

Location: Saudi Arabia

Department: Operations / Logistics

Job Purpose:
The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing all logistics activities ensuring effective and efficient transportation of products both domestically and internationally. This role is crucial in maintaining the continuity of operations and meeting the production schedules and requirements of our customers.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipments of products by utilizing various modes of transportation in line with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with freight forwarders trucking companies and export packers as per ARM guidelines.
  • Arrange transportation services to optimize production schedules and meet customer demands.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and inventory transactions to support internal and external customer service.
  • Prepare all necessary shipping documents and ensure compliance with both domestic and international shipping regulations.
  • Assist with trafficrelated clerical tasks and special projects as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies Quality Management System requirements and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing logistics operations including freight shipping and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements regarding transportation and exportation.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field preferred.
