Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling contracts labor cases and court proceedings in Saudi Arabia. As a Legal Counsel you will be responsible for providing legal advice drafting and reviewing contracts representing the company in legal matters and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on various legal matters.
Review draft contracts agreements and legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis and provide recommendations on legal issues.
Represent the company in labor cases court hearings and other legal proceedings.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and manage legal risks.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and company policies.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the companys operations.
Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other relevant parties.
Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies and policies.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Law from a reputable university.
Saudi Arabian legal qualification/license is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations particularly in contracts and labor cases.
Experience representing companies in court proceedings and labor cases.
Excellent drafting negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
