Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Financial Specialist/Consultant to join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within Group Treasury Management Department of This Company. The Lead Financial Specialist/Consultant leads and advises on Treasury matters related to This Companys Affiliates including WhollyOwned Joint Ventures and Public Entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the review of affiliates corporate finance matters including liquidity working capital dividends and capital structure.
• Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intragroup lending demonstrating an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities.
• Join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within the Group Treasury Management Department of This Company.
• Lead and advise on Treasury matters related to This Companys Affiliates including WhollyOwned Joint Ventures and Public Entities.
• Possess experience in valuation and financial modeling.
• Knowledgeable in debt financing and other financial instruments.
• Understand intragroup lending and tax organization.
• Possess applicable team skills and crossfunctional experience.
• Exposed to Mergers and Acquisitions.
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including mentoring new hires and presenting to the This Company Management Committee.

Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate to Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
• As the successful candidate you will hold an MBA or an equivalent degree with Business Accounting Finance or a related field from a recognized and approved program.
