We are looking to hire a Business / Quality Analyst

Job Description

• Serve as go-to person (Enabler) for end-to-end integration and user acceptance testing approach/plan, test cases, testing documentation and results
  
• Work closely with business and technology team members to develop testing approach/plan, create user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, and define detailed test cases
  
• Establish testing processes, controls and documentation standards to ensure integration and user acceptance testing is executed timely and effectively
  
• Perform and facilitate end-to-end integration and UAT testing activities, working collaboratively with business and technology team members as well as strategic partners
  
• Document test finding and results; monitor and report testing results to various stakeholders
  
• Develop project artifacts, user guides, reference manuals and training materials, as required
  
• Support business requirements gathering and documentation, as required
  

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• A bachelors/master s degree in business, finance, quantitative methods or equivalent
  

Business analyst and software testing experience

• Demonstrated ability to work through and organize complex thoughts
  
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  
• Good interpersonal skills with a natural ability to work with and support colleagues
  
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products; adept at data formatting and analysis, pivot tables, report writing, and presentations
  
• High attention to detail
  
• A passion to excel and grow; an enthusiasm for innovation
  
• A passion for modern technologies / solutions and automation
  

OTHER NICES TO HAVES

• Experience within the financial services industry
  
• Knowledge of consumer loan origination and servicing
  
• Familiar with collaboration tools such as Jira, Teams or Slack
  
• Awareness of mobile and cloud-based technologies and solutions
