L1-L2 Technician

Looking for L1 L2 technician for our client based in Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and secondlevel technical support to endusers via phone email or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including but not limited to desktops laptops printers mobile devices and peripherals.
• Install configure and maintain computer systems software applications and network devices.
• Assist with user account management including creating modifying and disabling user accounts.
• Respond to and resolve support tickets within established SLAs ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical problems.
• Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support personnel when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities including troubleshooting steps resolutions and user information.
• Participate in the development and delivery of user training sessions and workshops.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  
  Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience as an L1 L2 Technician or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops laptops printers mobile devices and peripherals.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and work in a fastpaced environment.
