IT Network Specialist

Responsibilities

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in core routing and switching technologies Cisco and Juniper
• Experience on Palo Alto firewalls
• Experience with routing protocols including OSPF,EIGRP and BGP
• Experience with configuration management, deployment, orchestration tools like Ansible and cisco DNA
• Previous experience with of Service Level Agreement, QOS
• Proven experience in planning and implementing networking projects
• Experience with LAN, WAN, Data Centre, Wireless, and networks at an enterprise scale
• Experience with defining and documenting processes, workflows and optimization of standards

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Computer science.
• Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job responsibilities as outlined
• Ability to deliver quality work on time
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, be a quick study, able to learn, retain and teach others new technology as it is introduced in the industry; and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies and standard business etiquette
