Job Description:

Position Overview: As an IT Intern specialising in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps development you will join a dynamic team dedicated to leveraging technology to drive business success. Under the mentorship of industry leaders you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in projects that challenge and inspire contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our clients across the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives for CRM and Power Apps development initiatives.

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

• Create and customise Power Apps applications to automate workflows streamline processes and improve the user experience.

• Integrate thirdparty applications and services with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extend functionality and optimise performance.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of CRM and Power Apps solutions.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Document processes configurations and customizations to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure scalability.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in CRM and Power Apps development contributing to the teams collective knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform architecture customization tools and development methodologies.

• Experience developing custom entities workflows and plugins using Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK and Web API.

• Strong understanding of Power Apps development including canvas and modeldriven apps data integration and UI design.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) and other automation tools for process optimization and workflow automation.

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Selfmotivated and eager to learn with a passion for technology and innovation.
