IT Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

To provide detailed ICT technical support to staff, systems, and infrastructure in Bahrain and to ensure the IT systems at Manama sites meet operational needs, corporate standards and service level agreements. This role is based in the Manama office. This role will be responsible for the delivery of IT services for Bahrain and will report directly to Business Operation Manager. To support Business Operations Team to ensure smooth and efficient running of British Council resources and services which meet corporate standard. As a member of the Business Operations team, the post holder is to provide support and excellent level of service to all activity streams in Bahrain, particularly in the activity areas of premises, to meet corporate standards ensuring health and safety standards, environmental standard and local legislation requirements are met and maintained to promote a positive image to customer, clients and staff.
