IT Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regularly monitoring networks and servers and maintaining the same
• Installing and upgrading software and hardware
• Creating various user accounts and managing access control options
• Maintaining an accurate and detailed documentation of all processes
• Managing data backup and archives
• Retrieving and recovering data as and when required
• Optimizing computer systems by performing diagnostic tests
• Staying uptodate with the latest developments and changes in the IT sector
• Training and overseeing the activities of other IT technicians
• Developing and implementing error reporting systems

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Information Technology Computer Science Information Security or a related field
• Proven work experience as an IT Administrator System Administrator Network Administrator or a similar position in the IT and Development industry
• Complete knowledge of various IT systems and networks
• Excellent technical skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Having an eye for detail and good physical dexterity
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
