They are a manufacturing business that is looking for a key member to be part of the corporate finance and communications team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy, managing relationships with current and potential investors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A few duties you may need to succeed: Investor Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and individual investors. Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests. Prepare and deliver compelling investor presentations, earnings calls, and press releases. Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of financial information and corporate updates. Dealing with DFM, ADX, or any other regulatory bodies Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute the investor relations strategy. Participate in the development of the company's messaging and positioning for investors. Monitor industry trends and peer company performance to provide insights to senior management. Financial Analysis: Analyse financial results, key performance indicators, and market trends to assess the company's performance.
