Osool & Bakheet Investment Company is a leading investment firm in Saudi Arabia providing comprehensive financial services and solutions to a diverse client base. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Investment Banking Manager to join our growing team. As an Arranging Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading our arranging operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for transactions and deals that meet client objectives and expectations.

Conduct market research and analysis to assess the feasibility valuation and risks of the transactions and deals.

Prepare financial models projections and reports to support the decisionmaking process and present the business case to clients and stakeholders.

Coordinate and manage the due diligence process to verify the information and data provided by the parties involved in the transactions and deals

Negotiate and draft the terms and conditions of the transactions and deals with the parties involved such as buyers sellers lenders investors or regulators.

Oversee and execute the closing process of the transactions and deals ensuring compliance with all legal regulatory and contractual requirements.

Maintain communication and relationship with clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle providing updates feedback and advice.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking.
Proven track record of successfully delivering results.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Indepth knowledge of financial markets investment products and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
