Interventional Radiology Technologist

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiological Technologist, with a focus on interventional procedures.
• Proficiency in using radiologic technology and equipment, including X-ray production, computed tomography (CT), and digital imaging.
• In-depth knowledge of radiographic procedures, patient positioning, and radiation safety measures.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills, with the ability to explain procedures and comfort patients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret diagnostic results and collaborate with the medical team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
