- The scope of work, which contain a detailed description of deliverables and activities
- The development and implementation of Project Work Plans
- Coordination of monitoring, tracking, reporting progress of Project Work Plans
- Adapt statistical methods to solve programmatic problems relevant to a diverse set of themes in the framework of governance, energy and environment.
- Design research methods that apply to valid scientific techniques and collect and analyze data pertaining to baselines and historical trends.
- Develop and test experimental designs, sampling techniques, and analytical methods.
- Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data in order to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Examine theories, such as those of probability and inference in order to discover mathematical bases for new or improved methods of obtaining and evaluating statistics.
