One of our esteemed clients in the Shipbuilding industry is currently seeking an Interim Program Manager with 6 years of work experience to be based in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:
As an Interim Program Manager to lead and oversee during a period of 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning execution and completion of the program while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

  1. Program Leadership:

    • Lead and direct the program team in the planning and execution of project deliverables.
    • Provide strategic guidance to ensure program objectives align with organizational goals.
  2. Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams and external partners.
    • Communicate program progress challenges and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.
  3. Resource Management:

    • Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet program milestones.
    • Oversee budgetary aspects of the program ensuring financial goals are met.
  4. Risk Management:

    • Identify potential risks and challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and address issues promptly to keep the program on track.
  5. Quality Assurance:

    • Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.
    • Conduct regular assessments to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Generate regular reports on program progress including key performance indicators.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities and outcomes.
  7. Team Collaboration:

    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
    • Facilitate effective communication and knowledgesharing among team members.
Requirements:
  • 6 years of experience as a Program Manager.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager with a successful track record of managing projects from initiation to completion in the Shipbuilding industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of the focus on shipbuilding fabrication and maintenance operations.
  • Familiarity with the specific challenges and requirements associated with the programs mentioned.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills especially in the context of largescale projects.
  • Ability to align program objectives with broader organizational strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience fostering a collaborative and positive team culture
Additional Requirements:
  • Commitment to a 12month interim role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
