One of our esteemed clients in the Shipbuilding industry is currently seeking an Interim Information Technology (IT) Specialist to be based in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:We are currently seeking a skilled Interim Information Technology (IT) Specialist to join our clients team for a 12month assignment. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems during this interim period.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:
   • Provide technical support to endusers for hardware software and networkrelated issues.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.
     
2. System Maintenance:
   • Assist in the maintenance of IT systems including updates patches and system configurations.
   • Ensure the reliability and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
     
3. User Training:
   • Conduct training sessions for endusers on IT systems and best practices.
   • Create user guides and documentation to assist with common issues.
     
4. Hardware and Software Management:
   • Manage and maintain company hardware including computers printers and other peripherals.
   • Install configure and update software applications.
     
5. Security Measures:
   • Implement and monitor IT security measures to safeguard company data.
   • Assist in the enforcement of IT security policies.
     
6. Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to address complex technical issues.
   • Provide input on ITrelated projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven years of experience in IT support roles.
  
• Practical experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts.

Contract Duration:12 months (with the possibility of extension)
