- Track shipment versus forecast (Forecast accuracy %). Lead Demand compliance per location, channel and market. Communicate 3 months rolling forecast with GP for materials planning purposes. Issue production plans and coordinate change of plans between GP, production and warehouse. Track actual vs. plan for production (Production Compliance %). Issue monthly finished product analysis and plans for remnant stocks to maintain agreed freshness rate. Plan for product launches; line upgrades and minor/major shutdowns. Manage, coach and develop supervisors to be highly professional and results-oriented. Identify and deliver their training needs and development plans. Set their objectives and conducts performance appraisals to continuously measure and improve their performance, capabilities and skills.
