Insurance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Review and process insurance applications and forms
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address their inquiries
• Coordinate with insurance providers to negotiate coverage and premiums
• Create and maintain accurate record-keeping systems
• Monitor policy renewals and claims processes
• Follow up on outstanding premiums and provide solutions for any discrepancies
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and other insurance professionals
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
• Participate in creating and implementing company-wide insurance-related policies and procedures
  

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of insurance principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and insurance-related software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
