Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining instrumentation and control systems for water pumps. This involves designing programming testing and supporting these systems to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance. You will work collaboratively with our engineers technicians and clients to meet project requirements and contribute to the success of our water technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for water pumps based on project specifications and client requirements.

Program configure and calibrate various controllers PLCs and SCADA systems to control and monitor water pump operations.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure proper integration of instrumentation and control systems with mechanical components and electrical systems.

Conduct thorough testing troubleshooting and debugging to identify and resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems.

Develop comprehensive documentation including technical specifications operation procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Provide technical support during the installation commissioning and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.

Conduct regular system performance analysis and recommend improvements or modifications to optimize efficiency and reliability.

Stay updated with industry trends advancements and best practices related to instrumentation and control systems for water pump applications.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions to enhance the performance and effectiveness of their water pump systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Control Systems Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in designing programming and maintaining instrumentation and control systems preferably in the water pump industry.

Solid knowledge of industrial automation technologies including PLCs SCADA systems HMI and other relevant hardware and software.

Proficient in programming languages such as ladder logic structured text or function block diagram.

Strong understanding of PID control loops and other control algorithms.

Familiarity with communication protocols used in the industry such as Modbus Profibus or Ethernet/IP.

Experience with system integration electrical circuits and network infrastructure related to instrumentation and control systems.

Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to perform detailed system analysis and troubleshooting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Ability to work independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
