Purpose
Provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department
Responsibilities
- Maintain all personnel files and ensure that these are kept uptodate in order to achieve the timely renewal of residence permits work permits passports driving licenses social insurance cards medical cards and other employeerelated documents.
- Assist in hiring local staff as requested by the plant manager and fabrication department by adhering to prevailing rules and regulations
- Arrange transport medical travel and other services for the employees within the companys policies.
Education
A bachelors degree or IGSC
Required skills
- Good computer and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Required Experience
At least 3 years of experience in the administrative field
Required Languages
Must be fluent in English and Arabic
