Overview:
Support the development and implementation of Human Resources (HR) strategy at Injazat by predicting identifying and addressing organizational dynamics and business requirements in line with the organizations larger business objectives.

Core42 is the UAEs nationalscale enabler for cloud and generative AI combining G42 Groups expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist we bring generative AI cybersecurity professional and managed services expertise to enable nationalscale program deployments across industries.
Responsibilities:

Day to Day Operations

  • Engage with senior leadership in an advisory capacity to facilitate human resources decisions in alignment with business requirements.
  • Exhibit and apply business understanding to design and strategize organization design strategic workforce planning and performance management.
  • Conduct Human Capital activities including engagement initiatives talent management journeys and learning & development programs as required.
  • Support Human Capital leaders in designing and delivering change engagement culture and transformation programs.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to employees on matters such as interpretation of policies & procedures recruitment selection & assessment and employment terms & conditions in line with established policies and guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and oversee the handling of matters related to disciplinary action/grievances and hiring/involuntary exits in collaboration with HC Support Services department.
  • Regularly review existing job descriptions and creation of job descriptions for new roles in the company.
  • Identify HC priorities in division/departmental plans translate business requirements into effective HC practices and deliver people solutions in line with longterm business goals.
  • Analyze people metrics with the help of the data analytics team to identify people/HC related issues & trends and proactively address them in collaboration with the HC division.
  • Ensure key stakeholders are informed/consulted on critical organizational changes such as restructuring redundancies retirements and changes in policies and procedures.
  • Engage with HC Support Services to ensure the conduct of regular audits and availability of consistent accurate and reliable employee data.
  • Analyze the overall workforce requirement visvis vacancies employee turnover new hires and changes or updates in job descriptions and update the Organization Development & Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Plan and support the delivery of the performance management cycle with the leadership team and guide performance managers on effectively managing talent and other employee related issues.

Budgets and Plans

  • Contribute to budget planning and monitor financial performance so that the business is aware of cost and revenue forecasts areas of underperformance and opportunities for improvement

Strategy /Tactical

  • Be involved in short and longrange growth strategies preparing execution plans to achieve targets.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor and apply market research as well as industry best practices and emerging trends that can be applied to Injazat.

People Development

  • Provide coaching to team members and peers to drive knowledge and understanding of the value of collaboration.
  • Track individual KPIs to ensure optimum output and delivery efficacy

Continuous Improvement

  • Motivate ones team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives programs & projects that reflect international best practices and changes in the competitive environment.

Policies Processes & Procedures

  • Recommend improvements and contribute to the implementation of procedures & controls so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering the highest quality of service to customers.

MIS & Reports

  • Prepare MIS statements and reports to meet the departments and Injazats requirements policies and standards.

Related Assignments

  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in HR
  • At least 6 years of HR Business Partnering experience preferably at a fast growing technology company
