- Ensuring alignment and promote the Arcadis Health & Safety Vision and Policies
- Ensuring compliance to the requirements of the Regional and Global Health and Safety Management System
- To be an inspirational leader of Health and Safety regionally
- Establishing a H&S culture and process which protects our people and stakeholders from harm
- Set a personal example regarding H&S stewardship and provide leadership, demonstrating to Colleagues, Clients and all Business partners that good H&S management is an essential integral element of our business
- Be an active part of initiatives that enhance the reputational and performance aspects of the business
- Ensure appropriate timely escalation, investigation and reporting of all staff and contractor incidents including identification of immediate, underlying and root causes with actions to prevent recurrence.
