HR Specialist - Alsalimi Company

• Ensure all recruitment activities are planned organized and aligned to manpower forecast plans/budgets as well as being in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Recruitment activities advertising liaising with recruitment agencies shortlisting CVs managing applications arranging and conducting interviews negotiating offers and conducting employee back ground verification checks.
• Liaise with line managers and coordinate all new starter and induction activities for new employees.
• Ensure all relevant information has been collated form employees regarding personal and bank details medical insurance forms and confidentiality documents have been signed.
• Ensure the implementation and timely completion of performance appraisal process in coordination.

Skills

• Minimum 2 Years experience.
• Must have Saudi nationality.
