HR Manager - ACOUP Employment Services

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources best practices and processes. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews wage reviews disciplinary action and learning and development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Directly reporting to COO and CEO and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process and maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent.
• Indepth knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and of HR systems and databases.
• CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent.
• Proven UAE experience in human resources; recruitment conflict resolution disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
