Your Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent;
- 5+ years of experience in a similar and independent HR Generalist or HR Business Partner position;
- Good knowledge of and experience in Dutch labor law and employment regulations as well as experience in labor relations and working with works councils;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships and influence stakeholders within all departments and levels of the organization;
- Affinity with recruiting, retaining & developing talent, and change management experience are strongly preferred;
- Fluent proficiency in both Dutch and English language (verbally and in writing) is required;
