Hotel Reservation Agent Dubai

• Making reservations for customers based on their specific requirements and budgetary preferences.
  
• Checking accommodation or transportation availability on customers desired travel dates.
  
• Helping customers plan their travel itinerary by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
  
• I process payments and send confirmation details to customers.
  
• Resolving any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
  
• Promoting and selling reservation services to customers.
  
• Answering any questions customers may have about the reservation process.
  
• Upselling customers about additional services or special packages such as tour tickets travel insurance or upgraded accommodations/transportation.
  
• Providing support for customers who need to amend or cancel a reservation.
  

Requirements

Requirements;

• Experience working as a hotel Reservation Agent
  
• Proficient in Opera Fidelio and other necessary computer programs
  
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to maintain a positive friendly attitude even under high pressure
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  
• Professional attitude and appearance
  
• Vaccinated or not against vaccination
