Job Summary:
The Hostess position in Shangrila Jeddah is more than the regular duties of greeting and serving the guests but dazzling and delighting the guests by creating memorable dining experience in the Food & Beverage outlet by living the Shangrila Standards.

As a Hostess we rely on you to

Obsess over delighting guests and create wow moments.
Get the restaurant ready before service.
Seamlessly coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely service to the guest.
Ensuring the billing is done appropriately and posted accordingly.
Follow the Shangrila Food Safety Processes and Procedures.
Assist fellow colleagues in the success of the F&B outlet.
Assist the supervisor in ensuring smooth meal operations.

What were looking for

Strong English skills
Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
