Consultation with key internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze, evaluate and report all EHS assigned tasks as and when requested by Client.
Conduct benchmarking exercises on HSE scope based on local, federal, international best practices and align EHS functions accordingly.
Conduct a gap analysis of EHS existing health, safety & environment programs.
• Reviewing existing policies, procedures, regulations, guidelines, work instructions, etc., to determine compliance with relevant statutory obligations and conformance with client requirements;
• Making recommendations for amendments to existing policies, procedures, regulations, guidelines, work instructions, etc., in order to demonstrate accepted best practice in the international sector, taking into account the operating environments;
Developing new programs, written policies, procedures and other related documentation and forms which are practical and implementable across the EHS portfolio.
Developing a training needs analysis.
A project plan, including key activities, milestones and list of deliverables;
Provide reports based on EHS assigned tasks from the Client
Draft and Final Gap analysis report. This report will include outcomes of the review of existing work health, safety & environment documentation and recommendations for improvement;
New programs, written policies, procedures and other related documentation and forms as agreed on completion of the gap analysis; and
Training needs analysis.
